I'm going ga-ga over all the items that they are making and selling.. although their prices are kinda expensive plus the super expensive shipping to SG, I guess its all worth while to have a special wedding!

Gonna order my unity candles set, hanger and chair signs from them.. and more items to come as I think of them along the way!

Sexy Red Thing

AH went to Hong Kong for a business trip last week.. and since there's 2 or 3 shopping malls in Hong Kong that sells lotsa of wedding stuff.. I've given a list of stuff for him to buy there..

and take a look at this sexy red thing he bought.. far above my expectation!

A red lacey umbrella!! I saw one of the forum girls had a red umbrella (translucent material) with gold trimmings and I juz forward AH tt photo to look for me in HK.. never expected him to find this, which in our opinion is much much prettier!

AH bought some more stuff from HK, which I will slowly upload later.. pardon the low resolution photo since its taken by his iPhone.. will take a better photo of this sexy red thing when I have the time!

can't wait for August to come! :)

Cinematography

Cinematography is the new and up-coming videography style that is currently in Singapore..

"Cinematography (from Greek: kinema - κίνημα "movement" and graphein - γράφειν "to record"), is the making of lighting and camera choices when recording photographic images for the cinema" - Wikepedia

I'm always been fascinated by this kind of videography style as its always portrayed as very dreamy and captivating.. It's like telling a story in moving pictures rather than just recording the event for keepsake.. However, its not cheap to hire a cinematographer.. Big players like Moomedia & Alvinadeline Weddings are some of my favorite cinematographers..

I just totally strike the idea of engaging a cinematographer of my mind due to the high cost.. Few days later  I remembered that I had asked one of my friends regarding the videographer he hired. So I decided to drop that guy (Winson) an email to check out his profile and price package

PTL! Winson's services was what I wanted for my wedding!.. Cinematography style and his price package is relatively reasonable than most cinematographers out there.. Not only that, he is able to include some bits of Holy Matrimony into the SDE video..YAY! Oh wait! It turned out that he is a friend of AH's brother, what a small world!  Through his website, I found out that he did a wedding of one of my forum friends and PSB lab tech.. Needless to say, we signed the contract immediately on our first meeting! This has never happened before, especially to AH who is so particular..

Back to blogging after stopping for 1 month!!

Wedding preparations are getting full-geared now.. and was surfing the internet and guess what I found?!?!

This pair of super chio and unique wedding shoe!

looks kinda of plain right.. but wait a moment for the magic to begin~

 

with the additions of the "decoration", it transformed itself into a pair of unique shoes!!

Now I'm wondering is there a Martinez Valero retail shop in Singapore that I can try the size of this shoe before deciding to order online anot.. :D

BACK!

took a super long break from blogging.. here are some updates:

1. Pre-wedding photo album
We have more or less decided to get our album printed at Just1Book.. Been down to the shop about 2-3 times to view at the sample albums.. Saw some of the albums printed by big-names wedding photographers.. Sales reps are friendly and instructions to design album layout are relatively straight forward.. So now we are just awaiting the final album layout from our PG before we head down to print the album!

2. Wedding in KL
visited my grandparents who are in KL few days ago.. my grandma had a fall few months back, which left her with difficulties in walking.. plus age is catching up for the 2 of them.. my grandpa decided that we have another wedding banquet in KL.. and I think he wants to invite ALL of Malaysia relatives.. for my sister's wedding 2 years back, only my grandparents, 2nd uncle and 4th auntie came down.. so this time round, they felt that every relative should be invited to celebrate our wedding..

Left the decision to where the banquet is gonna be held to my grandpa since I'm not familiar with the restaurants in KL.. Now I need to confirm with my parents and AH's parents on the date of our 2nd wedding banquet.. and back to searching for PG/VG/MUA in KL..
